Lucas Glover wins the US Open by 2 Strokes at Bethpage Black
Overcoming difficult weather conditions and late challenges for Phil Mickleson and David Duval, Lucas Glover shot a 72 hole 4 under par to win the 2009 US Open by 2 strokes. Mickelson, Duval and Ricky Barnes each shot 2 under par for the tournament. Tiger Woods shot a final round 1 under par to finish at even par for the tournament ending up tied for 6th place. Brian Gay leads the St. Jude Classic by 2 Strokes
American Brian Gay leads the field by 2 strokes at 10 under par in the weather-delayed 2nd round of the St. Jude Classic in Memphis, Tennessee. Bernhard Langher Takes the Triton Financial Tournament by Six Stokes (Champions Tour)
Germany's Bernhard Langer cruised to a 6 stroke margin of victory at Sunday's Triton Financial Tournament in Austin, Texas. Tiger Woods Wins the Memorial Tournament at 11 Under Par with a Drammatic Final Round Comeback
Tiger Woods game appears to truly be back. Woods shot a 7 under par final round to win Jack Nicklaus' Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio on Sunday by one stoke over Jim Furyk and a stunned field. Woods began the final round 5 shots off the lead and in his typical stalking fashion moved up the leaderboard.

Americans Bettencourt and Wilson Lead the Memorial Tournament after 3 Rounds at 9 Under Par (PGA)
Americans Matt Bettencourt and Mark Wilson hold a 1 shot lead (at 9 under par) over a tightly stacked field moving into the final round of the Memorial Tournament on Sunday. Tiger Woods shot a solid 4 under par in round 3 on Saturday and is 4 strokes off the lead. Defendding champion Kenny Perry is out of contention at 4 over par. Luke Donald Takes a 3-Stroke Lead into the Second Round at the Memorial (PGA)
Englishman Luke Donald's first round score of 8 under par leads the star-studded field at Jack Nicklaus' Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. Jim Furk, Ted Purdy, Jason Day and Thomas Aiken all shot 5 under par on Thursday. Tiger Woods shot a respectable 3 under par after a 3 week hiatus from the PGA tour. Last week's winner at the Crowne Plaza Invitation Steve Stricker is in contention at 2 under par.

Christian Cevaer wins the European Open at 7 Under Par (European Tour)
Frenchman Christian Cevaer won the European Open a the famed London Golf Club yesterday at 7 under par and took home 341220.01 pounds sterling. Gary Orr, Alvaro Quiros and Steve Webster challenged Cevaer each coming in at 6 under par. Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy finished four shots of the lead shooting an impressive 3 under par. Steve Stricker Wins the Crowne Plaza Invitational in Sudden Death (PGA)
American Steve Stricker claimed victory yesterday at the Crowne Plaza International in a sudden-death playoff against Steve Marino and Tim Clark. All three players were tied at 17 under par after 72 holes. Stricker moved to number 13 in the World Golf Rankings, number 11 on the money list and is ranked 10th in the 2009 FedEx Cup point standings half way through the 2009 PGA tour.
Englishman Paul Casey, winner at last week's BMW Championship on the European Tour world's #3 ranked player, finished 5th with a respectable 15 under par.
